As part of its DNA, Dabima is centering the student in everything they do, including developing student advisory boards, where students share in the company’s success and inform programs.

Ernest grew up in the entertainment industry and is a longtime arts collaborator and collector of comic books since the 1970s. As a founder of Street Work, a practice of The Arisen, he's committed to shifting narratives around undermined and undervalued art forms, from tabletop roleplaying to social practice. He has supported the development of art installations in public spaces in New York City over the last decade and is currently developing a tabletop roleplaying game.

Ernest is also currently Advisor to BLD Holdings. He was formerly Advisor to Visionary Access and Director of Advertising and Enterprise Software Solutions for Register.com, specializing in domain name registration, and Manager of Affiliate Relations for Channel America, a Television Network.
